What does 'full-service' mean?
We offer so much more than haircuts! Our stylists are licensed cosmetologists, specially certified to perform a variety of services and treatments including hair coloring, hair treatments, facial waxing, makeup services, and more.
Is an appointment required? Can I schedule one, anyway?
We don't require appointments for any of our services, but they are offered. Appointments may be necessary for specialty services that require particular tools or supplies.
Why is a credit or debit card required for online booking?
Requiring a form of payment up front helps keep us all on schedule and minimizes helps us offer affordable prices. Refer to the cancellation policy on the booking page for details.
Will I wait long without an appointment?
It's impossible to accurately predict walk-in availability and wait times, but we won't hold you captive in a dingy waiting room. Take a stroll around the mall, and we'll text when it's your turn.
Where should I park? Will I have to walk far?
We're a short walk inside the mall from the carousel. Park near Bare Arms, Men's Warehouse, and Sleep Number. Front-row spaces are commonly available throughout the day.
Why are liability waivers required for some services?
We take every effort to ensure your safety. However, some services are inherently more risky than others. Waivers ensure you're fully informed before we begin any treatment.
Can I request my favorite stylist when I check in?
Absolutely! Having a personal connection with your stylist is important, and we'll do what we can to help build it. However, we suggest scheduling appointments with your stylist to ensure availability when you need them.
I'm not sure how to describe what I want, can you help?
Don't worry! Our stylists are great at uncovering the look you're aiming for, even if you can't quite describe it. We'll expertly assess your hair's texture, condition, length, and natural flow during our initial interview.
Do you have any recurring specials or coupons?
Of course! We're always updating our promotions to create new, exciting experiences for our clients. The only way to keep up is by subscribing to both our email and text list.
